Arvic

[UX/UI Design cross-device app]

Product UX/UI Designer

PROBLEM
Athletes generate more performance and health data than ever but it lives scattered across wearables, lab tests, and medical records, with no unified system to make sense of it. The data exists. The insight doesn't.

ROLE
As lead product designer, I built Arvic from zero: defining the product vision, conducting user research with endurance athletes and coaches, and designing every interface from early wireframes to the final system into an AI app for iOS, Android and web.

PROCESS
The core challenge was making complex, multi-source data feel actionable rather than overwhelming. I ran discovery interviews across runners, cyclists, and triathletes to understand how they actually made training decisions and where they got it wrong. That research shaped a design built around three clear outputs: injury risk, readiness, and recovery. No noise. Just the answer to the one question every athlete asks every morning: am I ready to train today?

OUTCOME
Arvic is an AI-native performance and health platform for endurance athletes, co-founded and built end-to-end, from the Figma and Gen AI design system to shipped code (React, Supabase, Deno Edge Functions, Stripe billing).
Shipped as a native iOS/Android app alongside a web app for desktop, validated through a pilot with 150+ athletes and 50%+ daily active usage.
