Design & Marketing Team Lead, visual direction, event app design, team coordination

PROBLEM
Aston Martin needed more than a marketing activation they needed an experience that embodied their brand values of precision, exclusivity, and mastery, while building awareness around a high-profile media partnership with Prime Video and EON Productions. A standard event format wouldn't do.

ROLE
As design team lead at Octonano, I led the creative direction and execution for Masters in Conversation a new symposium format built around the question: What does it take to be a master? The first episode was timed to the global launch of 007: Road to a Million, hosted at Aston Martin's New York headquarters.

PROCESS
Designing for Aston Martin means every detail carries weight. I directed the full visual identity of the event typography, motion, color, and tone ensuring every touchpoint felt worthy of the room and consistent with the brand's standards. Alongside the identity work, I designed the event management app used on the ground to orchestrate guest flow and in-room activations, bridging physical experience with digital coordination.

OUTCOME
A cohesive, end-to-end brand experience that extended Aston Martin's world beyond the car from the first visual impression to the last moment of the evening. The Masters in Conversation format launched as a repeatable property, not a one-off event.
